Why Dreamstay Villa
Not all villas are the same, over the years we have stayed in a few where the design and layout don’t work - poor location of the Air Conditioning vents, undersized A/C units which can’t cool the house, pool heaters that can’t heat the pool on the colder days and nowhere to sit outside for long periods as there is no shade.
Dreamstay Villa is 2200sqft of luxury living, the house design won awards when it was built as it is well thought out and put together. Situated on Orange Tree a peaceful and tranquil community on H/W27 just 3 miles North of US192.
Situated on a large corner plot with a large south facing pool and spa on an extended pool deck and a pool heater that works in any weather - even on the coldest days you will have a nice inviting swimming pool and hot bubbling spa. The pool area is surrounded by bushes and tropical plants and is secluded. The house has a large lanai which gives you the option of spending endless hours outdoors come rain or shine. There are 2 ceiling fans and lights, comfy dining furniture and loungers and TV connection points. This enables al-fresco dining even in the rain and means that you can make the most of outdoor living.There is a charcoal BBQ for use during your stay or a gas BBQ can also be hired. Dreamstay is the perfect place to spend whole days or just a few hours between visits to the many theme parks or shopping Malls.
We believe that we have a great home and we want our guests to walk in and think WOW, you will enjoy a large home with lots of added amenities many of which you may not even notice, as you walk up the porch a light will switch on to welcome you and to enable you to see the keypad at night, we have extractor fans in all bathrooms and the kitchen, there is a full house intercom system from which you can play the radio throughout the home and on the pool deck. We try and provide everything that you need during your stay, we provide all towels and linens and our home will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. We can also arrange for mid stay cleans should your require one at a small cost.
Situated on an award winning community we are surrounded by every conceivable amenity, there are numerous dine in restaurants, take away restaurants, coffee shops, doughnut shop, library, gas stations, banks, golf courses, cinema, pharmacies, weekly farmers market, gym, winery (where they do tours of the vineyard), State National Park with manmade white beaches and so much more all within a short drive and there is a Publix supermarket which is within walking distance and a Walmart Superstore just a few minutes drive away. Everything that you could need is within a short drive - a car in Florida is a must but with free parking at most locations (apart from the Parks) driving is a pleasure.

For our younger guests we provide free use of a travel cot, stroller, highchair, baby monitor, car seat and pool toys. For added security we also have pool door alarms which can be switched off by adults and a removable pool safety fence, a pool blanket helps keep the heat in the pool overnight and maintains the temperature so you can enjoy an early morning swim.
